What a Typical Session looks like         (Case Discussion)


  • Introduction (2–5 mins): what's most important today?
  • Case Discussion (30–40 mins): Case presentation → Formulation → Interventions → Risk → Ethical considerations.
  • Process (10–15 mins): Issues relating to therapeutic relationship, patterns of behaviour, thoughts, emotions, your responses.
  • Next steps (5 mins): Future plans, concrete action points, reading/reflection prompts, documentation.
